Great install but after 1.5 years latch on gate not operating. Called for service they told me they weren’t coming out unless it was a minimum of $500 worth of work which I think is a rip off watch out for the scam artists.

Fence looks great, but the workers left a massive mess for us to clean up after. Huge pieces of fence, plastic bags, gloves, small sharp shards of metal. Absolutely awful way to leave customers.
We had a big customer service issue with them. During our consultation with Anthony Squeglia, we described our two goals: 1.) to have a nice looking fence, and 2.) to contain our two long-haired miniature dachshunds. He described a fence design that would suit those needs, wrote up a contract, we signed, and off we went. We trusted Jan Fence and Anthony because of good reviews from friends of ours. Although the ultimate result was what I wanted, it took them a number of times to install the fence correctly> The fence was supposed to be only an inch off of the ground, the extensions on the existing fence were supposed to be down to the ground, and the door had such a large space underneath it that they actually pulled MY landscape rocks and SHOVED them under the door to create the lack of space under it.
