We were very pleased with the superior service that we received. All the crews were very knowledgeable about their job. The project was finished on time, despite some rainy weather. Look forward to working with this company again. Would highly recommend Grandscapes!

They may be a great landscaping company but I'll never know. We hired them for a 5 figure project. Both days they were supposed to show, they didn't. No call, nothing. We had to chase down the account manager. The second time, it was clear we were very low priority, and that they did not have their ducks in a row (at least for new clients). In late summer of last year we informed representatives of your company that we were going to be doing an addition in the backyard. We asked that they come out and flag areas to ensure no damage was done during construction. We were assured it was done, and there were flags throughout the property. I had a lovely patio installed BUT I need to have some repairs done. I had some stepping stones replaced but they were never glued or had stone dust put between them leaving me in a hazardous situation. The stones tilt when you step on them. I have gone to the office to tell them and I have emailed Peter monthly for 3 months and he has not responded. So needless to say I am not a satisfied customer. Sorry I paid in full at the completion. I should have waited a week till I had time to inspect.
Worst customer service of any company i've ever dealt with. Regret hiring them. Its going to cost me alot of money to fix things to code. When they first started job they started building wall from front of my property line when wall didn't seem secure they had to call someone only to be told to always build from back to front. So down that wall came and they started over. They didnt pull permit they didnt call dig safe. Broke a vent pipe in front yard my pipes were backing up into my house.
