My husband and I drove up, and no one assisted us. We went inside to ask for assistance with getting stone and pricing, and the young lady at the desk said to speak with the people outside. There was another person in the office who did not speak to us, and did not offer any help. After being ignored for awhile, we went to Jam Stone, and we were helped immediately upon driving up.
