From the beginning ....Much appreciation to the wonderful lady that helped my family select the perfect tree to be planted at our church in my Dads' memory, to the coordination of the actual planting with "special requests" that were acknowledged and respected! After a healthy beautiful Autumn Blaze Pear tree was chosen, we were told the planting schedule was about three weeks out, and then I found out that the parking lot was going to be ripped up. Wow! What an amazing experience working with Jared, Roberto, Lorenzo and Able along with some other Van Zeeland employees like Rachel, Rich and Michael. They answered all our questions, were supportive of our needs and concerns, and did what we asked exceeding our expectations. We are blown away by the work that Steve VanRyzin and his team did with the landscaping and new entryway. I can't wait to see everything bloom in the years to come! Everything he did was so thought out and so artistic. We just love Van Zeeland and Steve and everyone who worked so hard to beautify our home.
Van Zeeland nursery is a hidden gem in the community.. super helpful and kind staff members everytime I have gone there. They even have a small coffee/ice cream/smoothie shop for their customers. Great selection of kid's gardening supplies and gifts as well! Prices were reasonable for the quality of plants that were there. And I had plenty of time to browse around because my children were more than happy to play on the awesome playset while I shopped!
Love this place. Very knowledgeable staff. If the person you're talking to doesn't know, they know someone who does. Plus if do have a question about any plant, bush,tree,ect. They have a online application that shows all types of plants and trees ect. With this data, they can advise how to care for your item. The place is pricey, however what you get is a premium.
