We have a home with a walkout basement and wanted to add steps down the hill towards the lower level patio as well as landscape around it The personal attention and detail of the designer was amazing-he had great listening skills and did his homework for suggestions of steps and plants. The crew that performed the work was very professional and respectful of property boundaries as well as the very proud of the work that they were doing. The outcome is more beautiful than we expected.

Teddy's lawn and landscape completed a back patio and added some landscaping out front. He also dealt with some drainage issues we battled with since we moved in a year prior. Our patio looks gorgeous, many neighbors have complimented the workmanship. Exceeded our expectations and was exactly what we ordered. Our front bed also came out looking great! Very unreliable. Failed to show for two scheduled appointments. Finally said we are outside their service (had no problem coming out to install the system). Go somewhere else.

I had teddy's come out to level ground to put up an intex pool. After I put the pool up and everything settled, the pool is now unlevel by 6 full inches. Initially I was told they would dig and then lay sand down. To my surprise, when they did the job all they did was lay down sand. I was told it was because it was "better" that way. When I called with my dissatisfaction I was told "You live and you learn" Would not recommend.

In the fall of 2019, we hired Teddy’s for $10,000 worth of landscaping. We had drainage put in, gravel put down, a tree taken down and the stump ground and landscaping across the front of our house, which included large pine trees, red buds, evergreens, rosebushes, etc. This spring, we found the drainage not properly buried, 2 dead bushes, one dead tree, and the stump not properly ground. Very disappointed in cost of snow plowing , overcharged on original conversation I had with company, charging me 100.00 to clean a sidewalk which takes me 5 min. to clean with a snow blower, was never told about that cost, over 500.00 in salt cost for 2 large snow falls in December. Was told James would talk to owner to figure out something, he never got back to me, I had to send message to terminate relationship with them. Poor service
