Our pool has been serviced by Swimm Pools for over 20 years..including opening our pool, weekly maintenance and closing. The staff is always responsive to our requests, questions or maintenance issues. The weekly pool attendants are always on schedule, professional and polite and do a great job keeping our pool safe and clean. I would highly recommend Swimm Pools to any pool owner.
The pins that hold our winter pool cover in place have come loose, both those that sit in the dirt and those that sit in cement on the pool deck. They have been maintaining our pool for over ten years. Swimm claims to be a pool contractor capable of renovations, etc. When I asked if they could repair the pins, they said no. I unfortunately must join the nay sayers about this company. I had an absolutely bizarre experience with Swimm's sales department. We were in contract to purchase a home with a pool and hired Swimm to perform the inspection. They were quick and efficient. We then asked them to provide us with an estimate for changing the pool over from chlorine to salt water and installing a new heater. Swimm Pools had done an excellent job maintaining a pool I had built by someone else (who, it turns out, built it so shoddily that it had to be dug out and replaced about five years later), so after checking out some of their other work, I let them build a pool at a house we moved into last summer. Mark Swimm designed the pool (and patio) with great care, gave me a realistic time frame for construction - which he met - and did so for a reasonable price. If you’re happy with acceptable if not enthusiastic service, don’t mind paying at least 10% more than others charge and enjoy unexpected personal abuse, Swimm Pools is the swimming pool company for you. I signed up with Swimm Pools for the 11th season this year by paying the full $3,685 on April 1, 2019; the office called me to schedule opening my pool for May 17 when I asked about scheduling tile repair.
