Flora sends me a friendly reminder email the day before they’re going to cut my yard even though they cut our yard on the same day of every week. I’ve never had a problem with them not showing. I also find the company to be very responsive to any issues. I’ve been with them for a year and I can feel confident in recommending them to anyone.
Flora has the equipment, the personnel, the knowledge, and the experience to make things happen on time and right the first time. They just planted about a hundred trees for our neighborhood, and the results have been terrific. Will gladly use again. And again.
When we decided to have an irrigation system installed we started calling on companies for an estimate. The first company we called never returned our call. This company was contracted by my builder to lay all the sod and level my lot. The first set of Sod was dead and then when they came and replaced it they only replaced some of it and took away most of the back sod and left it as just dirt. Also my lot is a foot lower than my neighbors and when we get any kind of rain my side floods! They tried to blame the fence installation team that accessed my lot from an open field on the total opposite side.
