Flora sends me a friendly reminder email the day before they’re going to cut my yard even though they cut our yard on the same day of every week. I’ve never had a problem with them not showing. When we decided to have an irrigation system installed we started calling on companies for an estimate. The first company we called never returned our call. This company was contracted by my builder to lay all the sod and level my lot. The first set of Sod was dead and then when they came and replaced it they only replaced some of it and took away most of the back sod and left it as just dirt. Also my lot is a foot lower than my neighbors and when we get any kind of rain my side floods!
