I'm very disappointed in what I thought could be a company to help me. I had someone. come out, then after multiple attempts, he ghosted me. After 5 weeks, I called and spoke to a Director, who offered to help me, apologizing for the issues. We had an appointment scheduled, then she rescheduled it for 2 days later. I'm self-employed and needed to rearrange my days to accommodate on the day of the appointment, she didn't show up 😔 When I reached out, she apologized but I feel let down.
