My wife and I wanted to replace our 20+ year old paver patio because it was looking rough. We couldn’t keep the weeds out of it, various stones were sinking or sticking up, and the pavers were faded and showing a lot of aggregate. John and his team have completed multiple projects over that past several years at our house. These projects have ranged from simply adding landscape lighting to designing and installing a new paver patio. Clearly we have been very satisfied with their work and customer service.

The entire crew at 1st Impressions did a great job from start to finish and treated our backyard project as if it was their own home. Early on in the project, we had an issue with some of the building materials and they handled it professionally and took care of this issue immediately. I would highly recommend 1st Impressions and actually have to a number of friends and neighbors.

New to area, I called numerous landscapers who never got back with me. A neighbor referred me to 1st Impressions. John was immediately responsive and honest about their busy summer timeline. John kept me informed the entire time as to when the project would begin. The team was hard working, respectful, and timely.
